Can someone please explain why the error message attached is occurring? I see that the error mentions problems with timescale or invalid time format. I have tried changing the timescale in saved views, in the module itself, and most of what has come to mind, so I'm stumped at how to fix this.

    Hi @Bcopeland64 

    This is happening because of incorrect selection for the date or time period. The Date format or the period format is equally important to map to get the imports successful. The mapping done for the dates/time period line items will have a check box at the right side of the date line item. You need to click on the edit button in order to map correct date format & then Click OK before running the import.
