Are you referring to,
- the label used for time period when using Anaplan in a browser?
- the label used for time period when extracted into csv/txt/xls?
- the line item format for a date (or time period) input?

If it is about Imports then I would recommend reading this

If it is changing the format in a line item then I would recommend using LEFT, RIGHT, MID functions to split the text and make it Anaplan acceptable Date Format
