Any time we use the SUM or LOOKUP function we need to make sure that we're referencing a list formatted line item. Check the formats of your line items. I think you'll find that you have one or more that are not formatted as lists.
For example, make sure your EMP08 module has the LOOKUPs being referenced as a list formatted line item:
