I would like to know how to filter time on the Classical Dashboards. I don't want time that has no data to show.

A filter (Boolean) in that planning module should do the trick. Just add the business rule <> 0 to make it visible. Of course, if you make time a column then you will always get zeroes of the other dimensions have a non-zero in that column. Make time a row instead.
