Both of those line items should be editable (no formula).
If you want to test the report you can add the percentage values in grid view. These are values you will let your planners enter, so they need to be editable.

This module does not require formulas as described by @JaredDolich
Please follow the instructions to set the module correctly, in the next activity you will need to import the data correctly from the CSV file into the module
