User unable to refresh a connection on PPT
This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue. A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.
Issue
The below error message is displayed when a user attempts to refresh a connection after authenticating using the dropdown for login as shown in the image below:
Workaround
This issue can be easily avoided by clicking on the login option itself (the user symbol) to authenticate (and not the drop down).
