As i try to create a dashboard from the module, could see it is providing different figures as compared to what is reflecting in the module. Attaching herewith the screenshot.

Interesting. Your module is correct. Can you make sure that you're using the right module: REP04 to create the grid? Should look like this:

I realise now, the figures shown in the dashboard pertains to the parent (All regions) instead of the selected region (Amreica)
