I think I have a couple of mistakes here. Any ideas? I will attach Images.
Also, my order is wrong for the flat list, and I do not know how to adjust it.

Your thinking is right, so good job. However, the source of your location data should be changed to come from the data hub.
I don't necessarily understand what you mean by that. Also, is there a way for me to change the order of the cities in tree view?
@JaredDolich Could you please explain what you mean by the source should come from data file? Does that mean it shouldn't come from the CSV file?
Additionally, when I am doing my import the Default Shipping column is not being populated and isn't even showing up during the mapping. Any help would be appreciated.
