Can anybody let me know if  the below attached screenshot is right with regarding its format?

For which Line item you need us to check the Format ?? Also share the Blueprint view of the module for checking the format and highlight it where specifically you need to get it checked . 
In Sprint 3.3.7.2, there is application of DCA on the line items. If you have doubt about it ,please refer the below link and let us know clearly where exactly you are facing the issue ?

Also if you are referring to the format of the ordering of the line items, you can get it verify from the image shared at the bottom of the course.
