is there anyway to include certain role people in notification alter via module dynamically??

You can write a logic but that calls for hardcoding. I say manually map the email ids and then set the notify action. That should get you the desired output

is there anyway we can create a Boolean to add email with if condition if their role is Manager then true (Dynamically)
only those people get alert

Not Roles exactly but you can create a module which maps the person (to be notified) and the item of the module. You can do the Mapping manually or thru the logic.
