I think when you are exporting, you are exporting it as GRID. You need to make sure that you export it out as Tabular Multiple Column and not GRID.
You will have to start a new export as you can not modify the existing one.

I think I saw the screenshots swapped. Try Grid instead of Tabular and make sure you have SKUs in Rows,
Under Labels include Code as well as Name for SKUs. That should give you the expected result
