I am getting only 1 Region whereas in the activity it is showing all the Regions.

As I can see in the 1st screenshot, you region in the page selector so you are seeing only 1 and there you can select drop down and change also.
To change the view, Go Pivot option and drag the Region into column and line item into Row. So you can see all the region.
