Export Issue

When I'm trying to Export a file from the Anaplan model in .xml format I'm getting an error message like below:-

 

But when I'm trying to export the same file via CSV format, the row count is below 700. But previously the mentioned file was able to download in excel format without any issue. Can anyone suggest what will be the issue?

It's a known issue in Anaplan. Here is the workaround
