can anyone help me with this please? I do not know why Boolean doesnt show the check box after importing data (please see a screenshot) I have been struggling with this for a long time. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

When you are viewing the data, are you at an aggregated intersection because the summary for the booleans is currently set to None, which means it will not aggregate For a quick check, change the summary to ANY, that way you will be able to see the checkmark at aggregated levels, but don't forget to change it back to None after testing.
