Informatica - Export to Flat File

I have built a Mapping Task in Informatica to run an Anaplan action that yields a flat file export to a specific target. The process works well. The only question I have is that when selecting target formatting options, Anaplan suggests that you select Double Quotes as a text qualifier. The problem then is that all delimited fields are being wrapped in double quotes, whether they are text fields or not. If I remove the text qualifier, then the process could be delimiting text fields if they happen to contain a comma (which is my case).
How can I narrow down the double quote text qualifier to a specific field/column from either the source or as a target? Are there any options I can explore?
