Is it possible to bring back the model that was deleted by mistake from the Manage models screen. Is there a way to restore it?

No. As a WSA you can not do that.
However, you may request Anaplan to see if they can get it back. Worth giving a shot

Raise a ticket with Support with the details of the model (name/ workspace). There is a window of time within which they can possibly restore the deleted model.
