Maintenance notifications

When we make periodic enhancements to our platform, we notify you well in advance so that you can plan your work in Anaplan.

To receive these upcoming scheduled platform maintenance notifications, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Community account.
  2. Select the "ribbon" icon (bookmark) at the top right of this page. (If you don’t see the icon, that means you need to sign in to Community.)

Once you've completed the above, you need to decide if you prefer "email" or "popup" notifications (we recommend selecting email). To receive "email notifications," click on the "bell icon" at the top right (next to your profile picture) and you'll see notifications with the 3-sliders. Click on the sliders to view your preference. Once on the preference page, you can select email notification for any subscriptions you have as seen here:

  • Enhancements to the Anaplan platform have been scheduled for Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST to introduce two new features based on customer requests:

    • Bulk Copy for End Users – Workspace administrators will now be able to grant end users the permission to run a bulk copy action
    • Action Duration – A new field in the Actions tab will tell you precisely how long an action takes to run

    Please note, the platform will be offline during this event. Once the maintenance is complete, you can resume your work in Anaplan.

  • Updates to the Anaplan platform have been scheduled for Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. This release includes infrastructure enhancements to strengthen platform resiliency and performance.

    Please note, the platform will be offline during this event. Once the maintenance is complete, you can resume your work in Anaplan.
