When we make periodic enhancements to our platform, we notify you well in advance so that you can plan your work in Anaplan.
To receive these upcoming scheduled platform maintenance notifications, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Community account.
- Select the "ribbon" icon (bookmark) at the top right of this page. (If you don’t see the icon, that means you need to sign in to Community.)
Once you've completed the above, you need to decide if you prefer "email" or "popup" notifications (we recommend selecting email). To receive "email notifications," click on the "bell icon" at the top right (next to your profile picture) and you'll see notifications with the 3-sliders. Click on the sliders to view your preference. Once on the preference page, you can select email notification for any subscriptions you have as seen here:
