In INV05 Shipping Export Module for shipping costs line item values are populating as 0

The formula was right and the summary method settings are set to sum.

    Your Formula is correct, for new york if data is not coming go to INV01 inventory Ordering 'Final Shipping Cost check there data is populating or not.


    for Final Shipping Cost refer

    Final Shipment Amount / 1000 * 'TRA01 Shipping Metrics by Week'.'Cost per 1000 Units'[LOOKUP: 'SYS08 SKU Details'.Product, LOOKUP: Shipping Method]
