I've just completed 3 courses: LV1, LV2, and Anaplan Way, then 30 minutes of 2023 Recertification to get the certificate. But when I get it, it does not display my name on the certificate. I have no idea about that. Please help me fix it.

I have this template to import back to my module By right it should match the module because the time format is the same as the module the only difference is that in the excel file there is a seperator.
