How to apply conditional formatting based on total?

I have a module dimensioned by L2 SubFunction list. I need to apply conditional formatting based on the total of all functions(ie., L1 Function summary). If all functions =100% green else red. How do I do this given that all functions is not a line item but the L1 Function summary.

Hi @tampara.dora

Create a line item - call it "CF - L1". In this line item look up the value from the source line item (the line item which is the basis of conditional formatting) using parent property of list L2. Then you can use conditional formatting on any other line item e.g. Line Item A using this newly created line item.
