I need to understand what is the maximum limit on adding the hierarchies?
I have tried adding upto 50 lists and the parent of List 50 was List 49. I am not sure if it has any limit or we can add without any limit.
Can any one could help me?

Why is your hierarchy 50 levels deep? That is going to be brutal on the users from a navigational perspective.
