Hi Team,
Please help me in understanding how can we import data from IBM sterliling on premise server to Anaplan and automate it.
Automating data imports from an IBM Sterling on-premise server to Anaplan can be achieved through a few different methods. Here are some steps you can follow:
Determine the data source: Identify the data that needs to be imported from the IBM Sterling on-premise server to Anaplan. This could be transactional data or reference data.
Choose a data integration tool: Choose a data integration tool that can connect to the IBM Sterling on-premise server and Anaplan. Some popular options include Mulesoft, Informatica, and Talend.
Configure the data integration tool: Once you have chosen a data integration tool, you will need to configure it to connect to both the IBM Sterling on-premise server and Anaplan. This will involve providing connection details such as server name, credentials, and authentication method.
Define the data mappings: Define the data mappings between the source data from the IBM Sterling on-premise server and the target data in Anaplan. This will involve identifying which data fields should be mapped to which Anaplan modules and dimensions.
Schedule the data import: Set up a schedule for the data import to occur automatically. This could be done daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the frequency of updates to the data.
Test and monitor the data import: Before deploying the automated data import process, it's essential to test it thoroughly to ensure that the data is being imported correctly. You should also monitor the data import process regularly to detect and resolve any issues that may arise.
These are basic requirements to be checked before integration.
Below is one the example you can verify
@echo off
set STERLING_SERVER= set STERLING_USER= set STERLING_PASSWORD=
set ANAPLAN_USER= set ANAPLAN_PASSWORD= set ANAPLAN_WORKSPACE= set ANAPLAN_MODEL=
set ANAPLAN_CONNECT_PATH= set ANAPLAN_CONNECT_SCRIPT=
echo Connecting to Sterling server...
cd %ANAPLAN_CONNECT_PATH% call %ANAPLAN_CONNECT_SCRIPT% authenticate -user %STERLING_USER% -password %STERLING_PASSWORD%
echo Importing data into Anaplan...
call %ANAPLAN_CONNECT_SCRIPT% import -file "<path_to_data_file>" -workspace %ANAPLAN_WORKSPACE% -model %ANAPLAN_MODEL% -user %ANAPLAN_USER% -password %ANAPLAN_PASSWORD%
echo Data import complete.

I have this error message " Azure blob http error " when i save cloudworks connection to Blob Storage. I follow this link: Connect to Azure Blob | Anapedia Can someone help to identify the root cause and how to resolve? is it related to permission or security?
Hi everyone, I am trying to create a connection ADO from PostgreSQL, but I consistently receive the following error: Failed to establish a connection The following message was sent from the target system: The SSL certificate is either invalid or not in unencrypted PEM format. Please check your certificate and try again.β¦
A quick reminder of the Bulk Copy functionality. Bulk Copy allows you copy large volumes of data from one slice of a model to another in a single, optimised operation, instead of using formulas or imports. Use case: copy a version (RF1) into a prior year version (PY RF1) using a versions list to allow for year-on-yearβ¦
