Hello, i am getting error message "'REV04 Price Growth Rates'.Unit Price % is not a recognized line item or list member" when i am trying to apply vlook formula.

Easly fixed. The error you are getting suggests you misspelled the line item. Most likely there is no space between the Unit Price and "%". Check the spelling. If it still doesn't work, then use the mouse to pull in the line item rather than typing it in. You've got this!!
Now you're a real modeler - very common! To this day, 8 years on, I still misspell my line items and get that error. The mark of an Anaplan Champion!
Thanks Jared, i also figured out its the name of my model that was missing letter "S" as a result it was not picking the vlookup formula
