L1 Model Building - Unable to import data from csv file to list

I am currently on lesson 4.6.6 and am unable to import data from csv file given to the list, anaplan shows that the importing is successful, but nothing gets imported in the list. However when I tried another csv file, from the lesson before, the data was imported into the list.
Can anyone help me with this?

I can see that mapping has gone wrong.

P1 Product Family : Col 2; Family Name

Parent : BLANK

Code : Col 1; Family Code

Also, you can check option for import "Items uniquely identified by"
1. Name or Code
