I'm not sure why the shipping cost line item is showing 0.
Below are the instructions followed and formula used in the module:

@JeemarieB Your Shipping cost line is showing 0 because In INV01 Shipping costs are 0. Click on Submit Purchase order request in INV01 then you will get shipping cost value. If u submit purchase order request then only Shipping cost will get calculated.
