Hello, could anyone please tell me why my conditional formatting is not working? All highlighted in green or red? Thank you! Really really appreciate if anyone can help. I spent hours to find out but cannot :(

In the right window pane, you have defined minimum and max criteria with same colour (all green or red), that's why colour are marked accordingly.
You need to customise colour as per the minimum or maximum
