Regarding Workspace Access

Hi Team

I had raised request for workspace access but got declined mail. I have completed The Anaplan way course and received certification also but still received decline mail. What can I do? How can I get access? And also I am first time user and have not used workspace priorly. Even after sending mail to TBIndependent@anaplan.com I still didn't receive any response. Any suggestions please.

    Sorry to hear that. Was it an automatic decline mail?

    Have you tried to contact academy@anaplan.com? I am sure they will explain why you can't get the workspace now.

    @KirillKuznetsov I need access to Anaplan workspace as well, but while entering this mail id academy@anaplan.com or  talentbuilder@anaplan.com through the anaplan mail, its not coming in the suggestion dropdown.

    Shall I send the mail from my personal email id which i used to access the anaplan portal?? please suggest.
