Unable to see Docusign in usa1 Anaplan instance.

I'm using the same email address to login to both au1 and us1 Anaplan instances but I only see DocuSign in the dropdown option for au1 (refer to screenshots below). I have access to only one tenant in the au1 instances but have several tenants on the us1 instance. Is there a reason why? I also happen to be a tenant admin on one of the tenants on the us1 instance.

    Your best bet would be to put in a support ticket at support@anaplan.com, but before you do, which "environment" is your default tenant in, AU1 or US1?
