how to download L1 & L2 certification

I have completed two exam and i didn't saved certification how to download

    Go to Academy on top, then do this

    You will be sent to your My Record of Learning Page:

    Select the Level Conclusion of the course you have taken, this one for example:

    On the Page go to the most bottom part, you can either view your Exam Completion or Course Completion
