Degradation of dependent dropdown on create forms?

Issue

We can't select 'catogory' (Dependent on 'year') on Create Form anymore recently.

Is there anything to do with updates in July? It worked fine until last month (July 2023)

Does anyone have the same experience.

    We had something similar but they were able to apply a fix. Worth raising it with Support... they'll probably want to have your model & app.

    Does it work fine in modelling experience?

    I've already raised but it says it'll take 7days for L3 Support team to investigation..
