You can achieve this easily through cloud works. Just create 2 line items in one line line item manually select current month and next line item put it as current month line item+1. Import from Current Month +1 to Current month every month (That you can schedule through cloud works).

There is no other native way to create an import/process that has a target in two separate models. Other integration tools could also work, depending on what you have available.
