Technical documentation about Ananplan
Hi all,
Does anybody know where to find Anaplan current documentation on the following points?
- EULA / SaaS Agreement / Terms of Use
- Data processing addendum/agreement
- Which Cloud provider hosts the infrastructure and where the data is stored (AWS, Google, Azure? Stored in the EU? Which country?)
- Backup/DR. How our data is protected
- Security Practices followed
- Any other agreements

I think the Anaplan customer success business partner (CSBP) assigned to your account would likely be able to provide the requested materials.
With regard to hosting, here is a resource to help you understand the various services. Cloud data hosting can differ by client so you will need to work with your CSBP to understand the specifics of your contract.
