I have a numbered list in which a monthly data is uploaded every month, So in Anaplan I want to set a logic to check which are the new addition in a particular Column having from last month to the current month.

You should create an Snapshot list, where you can store previous month data before uploading the new month data. This will help you to compare and find the new month's data.
