Combination Chart for Percentage and Absolute Value for Different Version comparison

I am working with line items in the columns and versions in the rows for scenario analysis. It would be beneficial to display both the percentage and the absolute value of a particular data point next to each other for different versions. For example, when we're comparing actuals and forecasts or different budget versions, having a combination chart that showcases both the percentage change and the absolute value change in the same view would be great for analysis.
Is there any way we can show percentage change as a area and Absolute value as a column chart for version comparison?
