I just Anaplan access. However, I'm not able to open the models sent to me. I saw them when I first got the access, but not any more. Does anyone have similar issues? I generated a ticket through IRIS but no one was able to help so far. Thanks.

I am trying to set the model in Time to be only months and remove Quarters and FY.
