Anaplan refresh failed due to an unexpected error. How to resolve this?

Thank you very much Vamsi Kaki for your support! In the Dimensions that were dragged and dropped in Columns, there was zero selection. So the cell count was zero. Hence I was facing unexpected error message.

Internet Connection issue
Your Anaplan Access might have changed
Model mode might have changed
