Anaplan Excel Add-in Series 4 crashes my excel

Hi community,

Not sure if anyone encounter such issue, but recently, I have downloaded the latest Anaplan excel add-in and tried to open my excel file. However, before the file fully loaded, it just crashes. However, if I were to open my normal excel file without Anaplan add-in, it opens properly.

Any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

This is a known issue in excel add-in https://support.anaplan.com/excel-add-in-not-compatible-with-excel-version-2310-cf579f83-9c92-41e5-9e02-6f1c172b3141 for now Anaplan is recommending to rollback to previous Excel version.
