I did think that this didn't used to be the case but it would seem that a module that's dimensioned by user an end user can only see themselves when viewing it.
If you're a workspace admin you can see all the users - which when you want to push out user-level DCA isn't particularly helpful. Clearly I can create a fake user list and map it all together but that seems a little bit OTT, unless i'm missing something of course.

Yep, I just looked it up in Anapedia and believe you are correct, that is only available for WSA's.

Hello, since the discussion is about Users and WSA, I have a question
I applied a filter on a saved view such that data related to Current User selections only will be shown. User runs an action to import details from the above saved view. As a WSA, if I run the action, all other users data also loaded into the target.
How to overcome the above issue? Please suggest

Hey @Vamsi_Kaki If you turn off Show All Users from Blueprint then action run will only work for the user who is running an import
