Hi,
I'm facing an issue with PlanIQ output. Everything was running smoothly, without errors. Otherwise, I can not see any forecast results. ( Seasonlity, trends and predictions)
Would someone help Please ?
Thank you !
One thing you can do is check your Calendar/Time Ranges for history and future periods against the source data and the chosen algorithm. Actuals in the source data should align to the calendar's history range. The go-forward calendar should match the algorithm's selected forecast horizon. Then confirm that last period of actuals aligns with the Start and End Dates for the Data Collection located on the Properties tab. If dates don't align check for ghost data or or anomolies like outliers. I've seen it where outliers and ghost data effects the intended start period of the forecast.
