Page FY filter

Hi, wondering if anyone can be kind enough to help with this issue.

We have this page report in Anaplan with a FY filter. Users have access to view the page but the FY filter is disabled for them even though they have access to see the data in the page. Only admins & can see & interact with it, but the remaining users cannot.

Would anyone know how to fix it?

I understand that end users are not able to edit this FY filters, this might be the issue of Selective Access. Is Selective Access enabled on the FY list?

Or would you have write access not defined for this module for non admin roles?
