Can the current AND previous Start Date and Time (UTC) values be saved?

For daily (or any automated) processes, it would be convenient to see 'version -1' start times. We have dozens of processes that run daily, and this would assist in determining if/what is running as designed when an issue arises. It's cumbersome to examine the History logs.
