suppose you have used user list on a line item and you have received a read only access here. The value in the cell is 100, And then you have imported the data into the module from a CSV file so, what will happen system will update the value into the cell or it will not update it ?

It totally depends on your access. If you load the csv file as Workspace Administrator, import action will update the values in the cell. But if you load the csv as non Workspace Admin, import action will ignore those cells which you have only read access.
