Hi All, do you know why I receive this error when connecting a view through Excel Add-in?
Thank you,
Joana
Looks like access issue, do you have the role which has access to the module/list used in module.
Are you logged in Excel with same User Id you are using to access Anaplan?
Thank you for your answer, I did check permissions and I've got all the access, I think it's something related to the exceeding of the max cells for plug in!
Hi there, @geometry dash subzero You need to see whether the server to whom you are submitting the request needs SSL/TLS certificates in order to authenticate, in my opinion. If so, make sure the SAP middleware is set up to trust the server's certificate or to utilize the necessary certificates.

@ColeHarry Hi Cole, yes, I keep seeing "New connection: Cannot access view"!
@retro bowl It could be an issue with the connection settings or permissions—have you checked the data source configuration and access rights?
papa's scooperia, I think there is some reason: incorrect connection strings, authentication issues, or network problems. It would be helpful to check the error message for specific details and ensure that all configurations are correct.

Hello everyone, We are trying to use Anaplan Connect in order to push data from a dwh to Anaplan Data Hub. To do so, we need an authentication by token. We can't make it work, we receive the following error: ERROR 16020 |-- Anaplan API: Invalid key path Any suggestions? Thank you all in advance for the help! Michele
Has anyone found success using Anaplan XL with Polaris models in a shared drive with or without concurrent users? My team has experienced a variety of errors, login failures, etc. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We've been recommended to save and edit files locally, which helps but certainly with its limitations…
