Is it possible to define the export to a folder directory within the blob container? Currently i can dump it into the container (i.e., not to a specific folder in the container)

Yes, it's possible - if you create a new folder in your container using Azure, in Cloudworks you should see the folder structure in the dropdown and pick the target folder.
