Sometimes I get this failed notification. In some cases it works, sometimes it doesn't.

We found the explanation: "It's noted that the observed behavior in the Anaplan Platform is as expected. The button functions correctly when clicked by someone else, but encounters issues when the same recipient attempts to action the notifications."
So if you add your own name as a builder, you cannot push the notification yourself.
Can you show how you have configured the Notifications. What backend modules are you using?
