Is it possible to colour input line items for ease of inputting. Also this colour should be present even before any data is inputted.

Hi, you can achieve this by using conditional formatting.

You need to create two line items. CF1 and CF2, put 1 in CF1 and 2 in CF2 as formula.

Use these line items to conditional format the required line items with different colors.
