@Karthik31 , This screenshot doesn't look like Anaplan. Is it?
I know that in NUX, info icon can be given at a grid level if you add some description to it, it looks like this.
But looks like you are asking for Line Items, which I am not sure we have an option to enable. But let me know the source of this screenshot.

However after discussion it was found that it does not belongs Anaplan and however an image card was being to replicate the same.
