Adding instructions to Line items

Hi Community,

Curios to learn on how to add instructions to line items of module on UX Page.

Kindly requesting for your inputs on how to setup on UX.

    @Karthik31 , This screenshot doesn't look like Anaplan. Is it?

    I know that in NUX, info icon can be given at a grid level if you add some description to it, it looks like this.

    But looks like you are asking for Line Items, which I am not sure we have an option to enable. But let me know the source of this screenshot.

    Thanks a lot @Dikshant for your valuable inputs.

    However after discussion it was found that it does not belongs Anaplan and however an image card was being to replicate the same.
