Cert Auth without SSO enabled
Will a user account (api user) be able to use certificate auth for api calls after the 3 month password expiration without SSO being enabled?
The Anaplan articles seem to indicate SSO is needed but I just wanted confirmation. I am hoping that cert auth will last until expiration of the certificate regardless of SSO.
Thanks

Hi @AnaplanMo
Yes, the certificate will work even if the native password expires. It didn't used to be this way… I had a calendar reminder to update the password every 85 days so that my integrations didn't fail!! That was a bad lesson to learn! But, that's been resolved for a while now. You should not have an issue so long as your cert is good.

Thank you @Stacey_Gibbens
The reason why I was unsure was because this article mentions "Additionally, Anaplan customers who use data integrations enabled for Single Sign-On (SSO) can:…Use a CA even if its password has expired.". Which lead me to wonder if the same applied for non-SSO.
We are in the same boat as you were, just reached the day 90 password change for the third time. Time to buy a cert!
Thanks again
