Hi All,

I have a question from a partner..,

Can you please confirm that it is not possible to link to a file destination in Anaplan using a link text-formatted line item. The link text-formatted line-item defaults to http// and the file destination our client uses has a different prefix using backslashes (\\). The links with the backslashes are not able to be clicked in the Anaplan cell and aren't functioning as links unless they use the forward slashes (//).

We believe the target destination the client is using refers to folders within their local network which is causing the issue.

Correct, this can't be done as the "\\" does refer to a folder structure on an onprem device.
